Ultimate customer service is a Chrome side panel for merchants who use CJ and Shopify and handle support from webmail.

WHAT IT DOES
• Look up orders by Shopify order number, customer email, name, or CJ order code
• See CJ order status, tracking events, and last-mile carrier links (Yodel, USPS, Royal Mail, and more)
• Pull Shopify customer and order context from your own stores (you add Admin API tokens)
• Work beside Zoho Mail, Gmail, or Outlook on the web — optional auto-search from the open thread
• Optional AI suggested replies using your own API key and provider (e.g. DeepSeek, OpenAI-compatible hosts)

PRIVACY & YOUR KEYS
API keys and settings are stored locally in Chrome on your device (chrome.storage.local). CJ, Shopify, and your chosen AI provider are called directly from your browser. We do not receive your CJ or Shopify secrets as part of normal extension use.

Mail content scripts read only what is visible on the page to detect a customer email or thread text for optional features. AI requests go only to the provider you configure when you enable that feature.

SETUP
1. Install the extension and open the side panel.
2. In Settings, add your CJ API key and one or more Shopify stores (hostname + Admin API access token).
3. Optionally set internal email domains, AI provider URL/key, and mail auto-search behaviour.

LICENCE (OPTIONAL)
If you purchase a licence from us, you may enter a licence key in Settings. Verification uses our HTTPS API at cj-shopify-cs.vercel.app. See our privacy policy and terms on our website.

NOT AFFILIATED WITH
Shopify Inc., CJ, Google, Microsoft, Zoho, or AI providers. You must comply with each service’s terms when using their APIs.
