HOW IT WORKS:
1. Navigate to any recipe page
2. Click the RecipeLens icon (or press Ctrl+Shift+L)
3. A clean modal appears with the extracted recipe
4. Scale portions, check off steps, copy or export

WORKS ON:
- Sites with JSON-LD schema.org Recipe data (most major recipe sites)
- Sites with microdata/itemprop attributes
- WordPress recipe plugins (WPRM, Tasty Recipes, MV Create)
- Any page with standard ingredient/step HTML patterns
