Unit Price for iHerb – Smart Value Comparison

iHerb only shows a “per serving” price — but serving size is set by each brand and isn’t standardized. One product’s serving might be just 1 g, another’s 5 g (5×), and some require 6 capsules per serving. So iHerb’s per-serving price simply can’t be compared across brands.

This extension automatically converts prices into one consistent unit and shows it right on the listing and product pages, so different brands, serving sizes, and forms become directly comparable:

• 💊 Supplement dose — per 100 mg / 100 mcg (IU auto-converted)
• ⚖️ Solid weight — per 100 g / 1 kg / 1 oz / 1 lb (protein, creatine, collagen…)
• 💧 Liquid volume — per 100 ml / 1 L / 1 fl oz
• 🔢 Price per capsule / tablet (optional)
• 🥛 Price per gram of protein for protein powder — some brands’ protein powder is surprisingly low in protein, so per-serving or per-bag weight can mislead; pricing by actual protein content reveals the true value (requires a nutrition facts table)
• 🏆 Compares every package option and flags the best value
• 💱 Auto currency detection (HKD, TWD, USD and more)
• 🌐 UI in Traditional Chinese / English / Cantonese

Smart parsing: it reads the whole product title (telling per-serving from per-unit apart) and normalizes units for a fair comparison. When data is missing or implausible, it shows nothing rather than a wrong number.
