About

DocDaWeb is a browser extension that instantly converts web page content into LLM-friendly formats — clean Markdown or pure HTML — with a single click.

Web pages are full of junk: inline styles, tracking attributes, ad containers, navigation elements, and deeply nested CSS classes. When you want to feed web content to an AI assistant or LLM tool, all that noise gets in the way. DocDaWeb strips it out and gives you clean, structured text ready for any AI workflow.

Features:
- Element Picker: hover over any section of a page, click to select it, and the converted content is instantly copied to your clipboard
- Full Page Conversion: convert the entire article content using Mozilla's Readability engine (the same technology behind Firefox Reader View)
- Two output formats: Markdown (with ATX headings, fenced code blocks, and proper list formatting) or clean HTML (stripped of all classes, styles, and tracking attributes)
- Zero data collection: everything runs locally in your browser, nothing is sent to any server
- Works on any webpage: articles, documentation, blog posts, and more
