Email tracking is broken. Gmail blocks tracking pixels. Apple Mail preloads them. Outlook strips them. You either get false opens or no data at all.

HummingDeck takes a different approach. Instead of tracking the email, track the document.

Replace your email attachment with a tracked link. When the recipient opens it, you see exactly what they did: which pages they read, how long they spent on each one, and whether they came back for a second look. No tracking pixels. How it works in Gmail:

What email trackers can't tell you:

An email tracker says "opened." That's it. It can't tell you:

- Did they actually read your proposal, or just preview the email?
- Which pages held their attention? Did they get to pricing?
- Did they forward it to their boss? Their legal team?
- Did they come back three days later without you following up?
- How long did they spend: 10 seconds or 10 minutes?

HummingDeck answers all of these. Per-page analytics show exactly where attention goes. Multiple viewers on one link tell you it was shared internally. Return visit alerts tell you when someone comes back on their own.
