Posture Alert Studio is a premium, privacy-friendly Chrome extension designed to help you maintain a healthy sitting posture and prevent "text neck" (turtle-neck posture) and slouching during long hours of computer work. 

Using offline on-device AI technology, it monitors your posture in real-time and gently prompts you to sit up straight whenever you slouch, tilt, or lean forward.

🧘‍♀️ HOW IT WORKS
1. Start Tracking: Open the sidebar panel and allow camera access.
2. Calibrate: Sit up straight with your ideal posture and click "🎯 Calibrate" to set your personal baseline.
3. Keep Working: Once calibrated, the extension runs silently in the background while you focus on your work.

✨ KEY FEATURES
• Real-time Posture Metrics: Live-updating progress gauges for Slouching (vertical displacement), Forward Head (pitch/tilt), and Lateral Tilt (roll angle).
• Smart Graded Warning: If poor posture is detected, the extension enters a warning state. If held past the grace period, the screen is gradually blurred and a gentle beep alarm plays.
• Instantly Restore: Sitting up straight immediately clears the blur and stops the alarm.
• Focus-Friendly Minimization: You can hide the webcam preview and real-time gauges with a single click. The monitoring engine still runs safely in the background, keeping your workspace clean and free of distractions.
• 100% On-Device AI: Powered by MediaPipe Tasks Face Mesh and local WebAssembly.

We care deeply about your privacy. Posture Alert Studio does NOT transmit your webcam feed or facial landmarks to any external servers. All AI operations are processed 100% locally on your browser. No server overhead, no data collection.
