About

html2markdown turns any part of a web page into clean Markdown.

Click the toolbar icon, press "Select element," then hover and click the part
of the page you want. The extension converts that element's HTML into
well-formed GitHub-Flavored Markdown — headings, lists, links, tables, code
blocks, task lists, and strikethrough — and lets you save it as a .md file.

  click "Select element." It never runs in the background or on pages you
  haven't acted on.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Click the html2markdown icon in your toolbar.
2. Press "Select element."
3. Hover over the page — the element under your cursor is outlined.
4. Click the element to convert it to Markdown.
5. Review the result and click Save to download a .md file.
