  Gadade is a productivity helper for real estate agents working on myhome.ge and home.ss.ge. It removes the busywork from the daily listing pipeline — no double-typing the same property details into two different create-listing forms, no manually re-uploading the same dozen photos onto two portals, no separate spreadsheet to track which sellers you have already called.
  
  After signing in with credentials issued by your agency manager, the extension acts in two places: on the listing browse pages of myhome.ge and home.ss.ge, and on each portal's own create-listing page.
  
  WHO IT IS FOR
  - Real estate agents at agencies that already operate on myhome.ge and home.ss.ge.
  - Property managers who need a single, consistent view across the two main Georgian listing portals.
  
  This is a B2B tool. It is not a scraper for consumers looking for an apartment, it does not automate replies, it does not send messages on the agent's behalf, and it does not act on any website outside the listing portals it explicitly supports.
  
  WHAT YOU GET ON LISTING BROWSE PAGES
  While browsing the myhome.ge or ss.ge listing search pages, the extension overlays a small set of inline helpers on each listing card:
  
  - Owner-type badge. At a glance, tells you whether a listing is posted by an owner, an agent, or an agency. Reads only public information that is already on the listing card. No login required for this one.
  
  - Visited dim. Listings you have already opened are dimmed, so on a search page you immediately see which results are actually new to you.
  
  - Call-status indicator. Listings you (or anyone at your agency) have already called are marked with a coloured border and a short status — not called, called, answered, not answered, unreachable. You can change the status straight from the listing card without leaving the search page.
  
  - Upload action button. One click opens the portal's own "post a listing" page with the property's data already filled in.
  
  Every helper above can be turned on or off individually from the popup. A single master switch in the popup disables all helpers at once if you ever want to browse a portal as a normal visitor.
  
  WHAT YOU GET ON THE CREATE-LISTING FORM
  When you click the upload button on a listing card, the extension opens the destination portal's official "post a listing" form and pre-fills the fields for that property — title, area, room counts, address, price, photos, agent contact, and the dozens of other inputs the form normally asks for. You review the filled form and click the portal's own submit button yourself. The extension never submits a listing on your behalf, and never modifies fields after you have clicked into them.
  
  This is the part of the extension that saves the most time. A typical agent who lists the same apartment on both myhome.ge and home.ss.ge would otherwise type the same 25-or-so fields twice and drag the same set of photos onto two image pickers. With the extension installed, that happens once.
  
  WHY INSTALL IT
  - Stop double-entering listings. One pre-filled form per portal, no copy-paste.
  - Stop re-uploading photos. Photos are attached straight from the portal's own image CDN, no drag-and-drop.
  - See your pipeline context on the portal where you actually work, not in a separate tab.
  - See in one glance which results on a search page are new, which you have already called, and whether each seller is an owner or an agent.
  - Per-feature toggles, so any helper you don't want is one click away from disabled.
  
  The content scripts on the listing portals are passive by default. They do nothing until the signed-in agent explicitly clicks an action — visits to unrelated listings, search pages, or detail pages of properties your agency has nothing to do with do not trigger anything.
  
  PRIVACY
  - No analytics SDKs, advertising tags, third-party tracking pixels, or remote configuration services.
  - All JavaScript shipped in the package is bundled at build time. The extension does not load or execute remote code.

  LICENSING
  Gadade is sold per active agent seat to agencies. The extension is free to install. It does useful work only after the agent signs in with credentials issued by their agency manager. Without a valid account, the extension stays inert.
