ACC-V Troubleshooter — a productivity tool for ServiceNow Technical Support Engineers diagnosing Agent Client Collector (ACC-F / ACC-V / V-Patterns), MID Server, Discovery, ECC Queue, and CMDB issues.

  It brings guided troubleshooting content and AI-assisted log/case analysis into one side panel, so you can go from a raw case to a structured root cause without leaving your browser.

  - Smart Search across all troubleshooting content, KBs, and reference data
  - Case Triage: paste a case and get a structured, four-section analysis
  - AI Log Analyzer + Log Generator: build sample ACC/MID/ECC/Discovery commands and analyze logs; attach a file (drag-and-drop) to auto-analyze
  - Ask ACC-V: natural-language Q&A over ACC-V knowledge
  - ACC-V L1 Chatbot: multi-turn diagnostic assistant with an Investigation Summary you can copy, download, or save
  - Reference library: Knowledge Base, Guided Troubleshooter, Ruby Scripts, Architecture, Code Flow Tracer, Ref Search, Error Codes

  GETTING STARTED
  1. Pin the extension and open it from the toolbar.
  2. (Optional) Install the on-device model from the LLM Setup panel — needs WebGPU and ~4 GB RAM.
  3. (Optional) Connect your ServiceNow instance's Now Assist backend from the AI Log Analyzer tab.

  PERMISSIONS
  The extension reads ServiceNow pages (service-now.com, hi.service-now.com, support.servicenow.com) to pull case and KB context, and uses local storage to cache the on-device model. It does not collect or transmit your data to any third
  party.
