HOW IT WORKS

1. Configure your AI provider. Enter your API key — it stays on your device.
2. When saving a page, FavorAI instantly suggests the right folder. Accept, get an alternative, or pick manually.
3. For a full cleanup, click "Reorganize all bookmarks" to scan smart duplicates, optionally verify redirects/dead links, and restructure everything.
4. Review every proposed change in the checklist — approve all, some, or none.
5. Use the History tab to review or roll back any session instantly.
6. Open the Forgotten tab to surface bookmarks left untouched for months — and clean them up in one pass.

YOUR AI PROVIDER

FavorAI works with the AI service you configure yourself, whether it runs locally or in the cloud. If you already use a custom endpoint, you can plug it in as well.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

-  No FavorAI servers. No backend, no database, no user accounts.
-  Your API key is stored locally in chrome.storage.sync, encrypted by Chrome, and never transmitted to FavorAI.
-  Bookmark data is sent only to your chosen AI provider — you control where it goes.
-  No telemetry, no analytics, no tracking of any kind.
-  Uninstalling the extension permanently removes all stored data.
