* This is an utility extension used to identify the tel:uri links or valid 
   phone numbers in any page that user browsed to. 

* The extension performs these:
         a. tel:uri link identification (if the phone number is tel:uri format)
         b. Appending a phone icon to the phone number. This works even 
             with the phone numbers that are not in tel:uri format, but 
             matches with our custom rules (our organization specific).

* When the tel:uri link or Call Icon is clicked, the event is communicated 
   to our organization application, which launches WebRTC SIP call to 
  that phone number.

* This extension is developed only for our internal staff needs, and its 
  completely authorized.
