Cards are colour-coded: 🟢 Common → 🟡 Specialty → 🔴 Rare, each expandable to show why it’s hard to find and a practical everyday substitute.

⚠️ Allergies tab — Add custom allergens or quick-add from 12 common ones (gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, shellfish…). 
After scanning, live alert cards show exact matches. 
A pulsing red banner also injects directly onto the recipe page

🔥 Calories tab — 80+ ingredient database with autocomplete, gram-based calculator, macro breakdown (carbs/protein/fat), and one-click import from your last scan.
