About

Bulk Delete Emails in Gmail helps you clear large batches of emails safely and quickly—directly from the Gmail web interface. Launch a search, start the cleaner, and watch it process each results page automatically. Designed to be language-agnostic and resilient to Gmail UI changes, it clicks the same controls you would, just faster.

Not affiliated with Google or Gmail. Use at your own risk—deleted emails move to Trash, and you can still recover them until you empty Trash.

KEY FEATURES
One-click bulk delete: Deletes all visible conversations on each results page, then moves to the next page automatically.
Quick Search filters (Gmail-compatible):
Keyword
Older than: 7 days, 1 month, 1–3 years
Read status: read / unread
Attachments: with / without
Exclude starred (-is:starred)
Exclude important (-is:important)
Live progress log: See exactly what’s selected and deleted on every page.
Works in the background tab: Continues while you browse other tabs (Chrome may slow timers slightly).
Safe by design: Uses the standard Gmail toolbar (same as manual deletion) and respects your current search.
Optional PRO mode: Remove the Free cap and run unlimited cleanups.

HOW IT WORKS
Open Gmail and (optionally) set filters in the extension popup, then click Search.
Click Start Delete. The extension:
Selects all conversations on the current page,
Clicks Gmail’s Delete button,
Navigates to the next page (/p2, /p3, …), and repeats.
Click Stop any time to pause the run.
Tip: for precise control, run a targeted Gmail search first (e.g., older_than:2y is:unread -is:starred), then start.

FREE vs PRO
Free: Up to 500 deletions total. The extension stops automatically at the limit and prompts to upgrade.
PRO: Unlimited deletions.

Privacy & permissions
Data handling: The extension works locally in your browser, interacting with the Gmail page DOM. It does not send your email content or metadata to external servers.
No data collection. No analytics. No tracking.

Notes & limitations

Keep the Gmail tab open while the run is active. If Chrome discards/suspends the tab (low memory, sleep), the run pauses.

Deletions go to Trash. You can restore from Trash until it’s emptied.

Gmail’s UI may vary by account/experiments; the extension uses robust, language-agnostic selectors to keep working across locales.

Disclaimer

This extension is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google. Use at your own discretion. Always review selected emails and confirm your filters before starting a bulk delete.
