The Hoolahealth Payments Helper is an internal operational extension designed exclusively for authorized Hoolahealth clinic staff. It streamlines the billing workflow by bridging the gap between the Clinicea CRM, Razorpay, and Hoolahealth's central database.

Core Features:
One-Click Extraction: Instantly reads patient billing details (Name, Clinic Location, Paid Amount, Grand Total, and Remaining Dues) directly from the active Clinicea invoice screen.
Smart Payment Handling: Automatically calculates balances to detect Full vs. Part Payments and captures next-due collection dates.

Instant Razorpay Integration: Seamlessly generates secure Razorpay payment links for outstanding balances directly within the popup, allowing staff to copy and share links with patients instantly.
Real-Time Database Sync: Securely transmits all extracted data and generated payment links to Hoolahealth's internal Google Cloud SQL database for real-time analytics and reporting without manual data entry.

Duplicate Prevention: 
Built-in session memory prevents accidental duplicate database entries if a staff member clicks the sync button multiple times.
