ThinkTwice is a simple tool that helps you fight impulse spending on Amazon. It removes the one-tap "Buy Now" buttons and adds a 30-second cooling-off pause before checkout — just enough time to ask yourself: do I really need this?

WHAT IT DOES

• Removes fast-purchase buttons — "Buy Now" and "Add to Tomorrow's Delivery" disappear from product pages, so you take the slower, more deliberate path: Add to Cart → Cart → Checkout.

• Pauses checkout — when you click "Proceed to Checkout," a full-screen 30-second countdown appears with the question "Do you really need this?" After the pause, your normal Amazon checkout continues exactly as before.

• One-click on/off — flip ThinkTwice on or off anytime from the toolbar popup.

WHY IT HELPS

Online stores are designed to make spending frictionless. A single tap can cost you money before you've had a moment to reflect. ThinkTwice adds that moment back. It doesn't block you from buying anything — it just slows down the decision so your future self gets a vote.

2. Browse Amazon as usual — fast-purchase buttons are gone.
3. When you check out, take the 30 seconds to reconsider.
4. Toggle it off anytime from the toolbar if you need to move quickly.
