About

Vervaunt Inspector is a one-click auditing tool for the page you're currently on. Built for technical SEO and CRO work, it brings together checks that normally take four or five different tools into a single popup.

Hreflang covers every hreflang alternate tag on the page, decodes each one into its plain-English language and region (e.g. en-GB → English / United Kingdom), and checks the live HTTP status of every target URL — flagging redirects, 404s, and server errors so broken international targeting doesn't go unnoticed.

General SEO checks Title tag and meta description with character-count guidance, robots directives (noindex/nofollow highlighted), canonical URL (flagged if it points elsewhere), and a full H1–H6 heading outline with a warning on missing or duplicate H1s.

Third-party scripts Fingerprints ~40 common ecommerce and marketing vendors — analytics, ad pixels, reviews, chat widgets, personalization, loyalty, affiliate, and consent tools — grouped by category, so you can see at a glance what's actually loaded on a page. Anything unrecognized is still listed, never silently hidden.

Page Speed Pulls Core Web Vitals and a Lighthouse performance score straight from Google's PageSpeed Insights API, for both mobile and desktop — both real-user field data (CrUX) and lab data from a simulated run.

View without JavaScript A toggle that reloads the active tab with script execution disabled, so you can see exactly what a non-JS crawler or browser would render — useful for diagnosing client-side rendering and hydration issues.

No data is collected, stored remotely, or sold. Everything runs locally in your browser except: (1) hreflang target URLs, which are checked for their HTTP status, and (2) the current page URL, which is sent to Google's public PageSpeed Insights API when you run a Page Speed check.
