AI Chat Export helps you save the current browser-based AI conversation as a local Markdown or PDF file.

Use it when a long thread is reaching context limits, when you need to continue the same work in a fresh session, or when you want to preserve project decisions, prompts, answers, research, and notes outside one chat window.

The extension turns the active conversation into a portable file that you can keep locally, attach to a new session, store in your notes, or share through the channel you already trust.

It also helps avoid over-reliance on public chat share links. Instead of publishing a conversation behind a link that may remain accessible, you can export a local file and decide where it goes.

What you can do:

- Export the current AI conversation to Markdown
- Export the current AI conversation to PDF
- Copy a conversation for quick reuse
- Save long threads before context is lost
- Move project history into a fresh AI session
- Archive research, prompts, answers, decisions, and project history
- Share local files instead of public chat links
- Include supported artifacts and attachments in ZIP exports

The extension works on supported browser-based AI chat pages. If a page is not supported yet, use the support link in the extension to request it.

Privacy:

AI Chat Export is designed for local export workflows. Chat content is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to Tag2.me servers. Anonymous usage and quota events may be sent to Tag2.me for licensing, billing, product analytics, and abuse prevention. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Free users can try limited exports. Pro users can unlock unlimited exports.
