Too many tabs? The same page open three times? xtS Amazing Duplicate Tab Manager keeps one tab per page automatically — and jumps you back to the copy you already had open, instead of piling on another one.

Unlike most duplicate-tab tools, it actually understands your tabs: the same Google Doc opened from two different links is one document, a suspended tab is matched to the real page, and you decide exactly which copy survives.

CLOSES CAREFULLY, NEVER RECKLESSLY
• Activation threshold — tolerate duplicates until you pass a number of open tabs you choose
• Delay with a re-check before closing, so nothing closes by accident
• Undo notification that also creates a temporary exception for that page
• Never closes pinned tabs or tabs playing sound (both configurable)
• Startup grace period — restoring your session won't trigger mass closing
• Pause button for when you actually want duplicates for a while
