   Blueprint Softphone is a pass-through interface — you bring your Twilio account, we provide the phone system. Your calls are billed directly from Twilio to you at their published wholesale rates. Blueprint adds nothing on top.

   Your Twilio credentials authenticate directly to Twilio's API from your browser. They never pass through Blueprint's servers — because Blueprint's servers never see them.
   - We can't be hacked for your credentials. We don't have them.
   - We can't spend your money — Blueprint has zero billing permissions on your Twilio account.
   - Your call audio goes to Twilio, not us — WebRTC/SRTP encrypted, end-to-end.
   - Our code is open to inspection — auditable anytime via chrome://extensions.
   - If Blueprint disappeared tomorrow, your Twilio account would be completely unaffected.
