About

Dialogger is a lightweight Chrome extension that exports the currently opened ChatGPT conversation into a local Markdown (.md) file.

How it works:
1. Open a ChatGPT conversation on chatgpt.com (or chat.openai.com).
2. Click the Dialogger extension icon.
3. A Markdown file (chatgpt_export_YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS.md) is downloaded to your Downloads folder.

Privacy:
No accounts, no analytics, no trackers.
No data is sent to any server.
The export is generated locally in your browser.

Permissions:
Runs only on chatgpt.com/* and chat.openai.com/* to read the conversation content and generate the export.
