Stop retyping the same information into every job application. The AHA Copilot detects form fields on supported ATS platforms and fills them with data from your AHA Match profile — after you review every field.

▸ HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign up at https://ahamatch.ai and fill your Application Vault
   (name, contact details, work history, education, skills).
2. Install this extension.
3. Open any supported job application page — the sidebar appears
   automatically on the right.
4. Review the suggested values, grouped by confidence:
     • HIGH CONFIDENCE — name, email, phone, links, location
     • REVIEW NEEDED — partial matches that should be checked
     • SENSITIVE (unlock to fill) — compensation, salary, EEO/demographic
     • FILL MANUALLY — fields the extension cannot fill (file uploads, etc.)
5. Click "Smart Fill (safe)" to fill all HIGH-CONFIDENCE non-sensitive
   fields in one click — name, email, work history, education.
   Smart Fill never auto-fills sensitive fields unless chose to unlock*.

   When the page contains a sensitive field (compensation, salary,
   EEO/demographic — gender, race, ethnicity, veteran status,
   disability, pronouns), click the 🔒 lock icon on that row to unlock it,
   then click "Fill Approved."

   Unlocks are per-field and reset when the sidebar closes — there is
   no global "fill everything" toggle.
6. Review the completed form and submit it yourself.

▸ SAFETY POLICY
• Never auto-submits forms — you always click Submit yourself.
• Never interacts with CAPTCHA or anti-bot systems.
• Never simulates keystrokes — uses standard DOM value-setting with the
  form's own input/change events.
• Never auto-fills sensitive fields. Sensitive fields appear under
  SENSITIVE (unlock to fill) and require an explicit per-field unlock
  followed by "Fill Approved."
• Shows every field that was filled, skipped, or failed in a summary panel.

▸ WHAT WE DO NOT DO
• We do not read your email.
• We do not auto-submit, submit on your behalf, or simulate clicks on Submit.
• We do not transmit form-field labels or your typed values to any
  third party — they stay between your browser and the AHA Match backend.
• We do not run AI/ML, score jobs, match skills, or parse resumes.
  Those features exist on the AHA Match website, not in this extension.
  The extension’s sole purpose is form filling.
• We do not use your data for advertising or third-party analytics.

▸ PRIVACY
Your data stays between your browser and the AHA Match backend. We do
not sell, share, or transmit your data to third-party analytics,
advertisers, or marketing platforms. Vault data is stored securely
under your account and can be deleted anytime from your AHA Match settings.
