SourcingScore is a LinkedIn profile scorer built for technical recruiters.

Load a req with your must-have skills, nice-to-haves, target titles, target companies,
and OR groups (e.g. Node.js OR Java OR Go). Open any LinkedIn profile and
SourcingScore scores it instantly against your active req — no copy-pasting, no tab
switching.

SCORING
- Must-haves: ×3 weight each
- OR groups: ×3 weight per group — passes if any one term matches
- Target titles: ×2 weight
- Target companies: ×2 weight
- Nice-to-haves: ×1 weight
- Traffic light: STRONG (70%+) / PARTIAL (40–69%) / WEAK (<40%)
