Requirements:

Getting Started:
1. Open claude.ai and sign in
2. Click the extension icon
3. Click Sync -- data will load automatically

Color Scheme (Icon & Badge):
- Green (0-39%) -- plenty of capacity
- Yellow (40-74%) -- moderate
- Red (75-100%) -- close to the limit
