Wavelength Sync bridges Frame.io and Wavelength — the audience engagement platform for independent filmmakers.

When activated on a Frame.io review page, Wavelength Sync reads the current playback timecode and sends it to the Wavelength platform in real time. This allows viewers to record timestamped reactions (positive, negative, intensity levels) and voice notes that are precisely synced to the film being screened.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Join a Wavelength screening on your phone or at wavelength.tools
2. Open the Frame.io review link your filmmaker shared
3. Click the Wavelength Sync extension icon
4. Paste your Session ID and Token from the Wavelength app
5. Click Start Sync — the extension reads the Frame.io timecode every 250ms
6. Press play on Frame.io and record your reactions in Wavelength

YOUR REACTIONS ARE TIMESTAMPED:
Every reaction you record is tied to the exact frame of film you were watching. The filmmaker receives a precise engagement report showing exactly which moments resonated — and which didn't.

PERMISSIONS:
• Read the current tab's URL to detect Frame.io pages
• Access tabs to find open Frame.io windows
• Store your Session ID and Token locally so you don't have to re-enter them
• Send timecode data to Wavelength servers (wavelength.tools only)

No browsing history is accessed or stored. No data is sent to any third party other than wavelength.tools.
