Blarrow is a Chrome extension that brings AI-powered inline code explanations and on-demand code generation directly into your browser when reading technical blogs. Instantly understand complex code snippets and transform natural-language descriptions into working code without leaving the page.

Key Features:
• Inline Code Explanation: Detects <code> blocks on any technical blog and injects an "Explain" button. Click to receive AI-generated, step-by-step explanations highlighting functionality, best practices, and potential pitfalls, all displayed inline next to the code block.
• Code Generation from Selection: Select descriptive text (e.g., "Fetch JSON from this API and display in a table") and click "Generate Code" to produce runnable code snippets tailored to your chosen language or environment.
• Customization & Preferences: Configure explanation depth (brief or detailed) and default code generation language (e.g., JavaScript, Python) in Options. Save settings locally with encrypted API key storage.
• Privacy-Focused: Uses your own OpenAI API key stored locally; no data is logged or shared beyond the AI provider. AI calls occur only when you trigger them.
• Lightweight & Seamless UI: Results appear in unobtrusive overlays adjacent to code blocks or selections, preserving reading flow. Includes loading indicators, close/dismiss controls, and copy-to-clipboard functionality.
• Mock Mode for Development: Test UI behavior without consuming API tokens, ensuring smooth integration before entering a real key.

How to Use:
1. Install Blarrow from the Chrome Web Store.
2. Open Options and enter your OpenAI API key; set explanation depth and default language for code generation.
3. Browse any technical blog: hover over code snippets to click "Explain" for insights; select descriptive text to click "Generate Code" and get ready-to-use code.
4. Copy explanations or generated code into your projects and iterate as needed.
