YBNS YouTube Shorts Script puts the full text of any YouTube Short right next to the video.

When you open a Short, a side panel shows four sections:
- Title — copy or translate it
- Transcript — timestamped lines (click to jump) or clean reading view; copy the whole script
- Description — copy or translate
- Tags — copy them all

Translate and summarize run entirely on your device using Chrome's built-in AI — no API key, no account, no server, nothing sent to us. Pick any language from the header; the interface and the translation follow your choice (it defaults to your browser language).

Other touches:
- Light and dark themes (auto-follows YouTube)
- Docks neatly beside the video
- Copy a single line, the whole transcript, the title, description, or tags

Notes:
- Translate/Summary require desktop Chrome 138+ and download a small model on first use.
- Transcripts come from YouTube captions. Videos with only burned-in (on-screen) text and no captions can't be extracted.
