PixelSpan is a lightweight visual measuring tool for checking spacing directly on live webpages.

Whether you are polishing a UI, comparing a page against a design mockup, reviewing layout changes, or debugging a tricky spacing issue, PixelSpan makes it easy to measure the exact edge-to-edge distance between elements without opening a separate design tool.

Turn on PixelSpan, hover over the page, and click two elements. The extension highlights both selected elements and draws a clear measurement line between their closest edges. The distance appears directly beside the line, giving you a quick pixel-perfect reading while keeping the page visible.

The extension is intentionally simple. It focuses on one job: measuring the visible gap between two elements. There are no dashboards, accounts, analytics, or complex setup steps. You can enable it from the toolbar popup or toggle it with a keyboard shortcut.

PixelSpan only runs when you enable it on the active tab. It does not collect, store, sell, or transmit browsing data. The requested permissions are used only to inject the measurement overlay into the page you choose to inspect.
