About

Chain — TMS Companion connects the transportation management system (TMS) you already use to Chain, so you can work a load in both places without copying numbers between tabs.

When you open a shipment or load in your TMS, the extension detects the load reference shown on the page and opens the matching load in the Chain sidebar — a Chrome side panel that sits right beside your TMS. The detected load stays in sync as you switch tabs, so there is no copy-pasting of load numbers and no juggling windows.

The extension works only on a set of supported TMS websites; you can see exactly which sites in its requested permissions. On those sites it reads only the load or shipment reference shown on the active tab — it does not collect your browsing history and does not run anywhere else.
