About
# NetTrail — Chrome Web Store listing copy ## Short description (max 132 chars) Network history that survives page navigation. Inspect, search, copy as cURL, export a Postman collection, and replay requests. ## Detailed description NetTrail is a Chrome DevTools panel that keeps a persistent log of your network requests — even as you move between pages. The built-in Network tab wipes everything the moment the page reloads or navigates away. NetTrail doesn't. It keeps capturing across full page loads and SPA route changes, and groups requests by the page they came from, so you never lose the call you were looking at. WHY NETTRAIL • Network history persists across page navigation and SPA routing • Requests are grouped by page — switch to a flat list anytime • Everything stays local in your browser; nothing is uploaded anywhere FEATURES • One-click capture (Start / Stop) • Group by page, or switch to a flat view • Filter by HTTP method, domain, and error status • Full-text search across URL, request body, response body, and query params — with match highlighting • Request detail panel: headers, request/response body (JSON highlighted), query parameters, and cookies • Copy any request as a cURL command, or copy several at once • Export selected requests as a Postman collection (v2.1) — then import the file into Postman • Replay any captured request and inspect the live response, without leaving DevTools HOW TO USE 1. Open Chrome DevTools (F12) and pick the "NetTrail" panel 2. Click "Start Capture" and use your site as usual 3. Navigate freely — your request history keeps building 4. Click any request to inspect, copy as cURL, export, or replay PRIVACY NetTrail runs entirely in your browser. Captured requests are processed locally and never leave your machine. No accounts, no tracking, no external servers. ## Single purpose (for the review form) Capture and inspect network requests in a DevTools panel that persists across page navigation, with copy-as-cURL, Postman-collection export, and request replay. ## Category Developer Tools
