Set Your Instructions
For each detected account, you decide what happens:
Transfer: You want this account given to your heir.
Delete: You want this account closed and data removed.

Inactivity Monitoring
Here's where LifeBoat becomes truly valuable.
LifeBoat watches for signs that you're still active online. If you go inactive for an unusual period of time, it starts a careful check-in process:
Around day 3, LifeBoat sends you a friendly email. Just checking in, making sure everything's okay.
Around day 7, if no response, another email goes out. Optionally a text message too.
Around day 14, still nothing? A phone call to make absolutely sure.
Around day 30, if LifeBoat cannot confirm you're okay after multiple attempts, your designated heirs are contacted with the instructions you left behind.
This process is gradual and careful. We're not going to alarm your family because you went on a two-week vacation or had a busy month. The system is designed to avoid false alarms while still being there when it truly matters.
