Contrario Sourcing embeds your Contrario workflow natively within LinkedIn. As you navigate profiles, the extension’s side panel enables you to identify, evaluate, and match candidates in real time—seamlessly syncing each prospect directly to your Contrario CRM.

What you can do:
• Check whether a candidate has already been submitted to a job (collision / duplicate detection).
• Save leads and keep them aligned with your Contrario pipeline.
• Match people to open Contrario roles and use AI-assisted recommendations.
• Open your Contrario dashboard and candidate submission flows when you’re ready to take the next step.

Who it’s for:
Recruiting teams that already use Contrario (www.contrario.co) and want a smoother LinkedIn sourcing experience.

What you need:
A Contrario account. Sign-in relies on your Contrario web session; the extension is meant to be used together with the Contrario web app.

Data & sites:
The extension interacts with LinkedIn pages you visit and with Contrario’s websites and APIs to authenticate you, read and write recruiting data, and show the side panel UI. It does not change LinkedIn on its own beyond the features described above.

Permissions (summary):
Access to Contrario domain, storage for extension settings, and standard browser extension capabilities (such as tabs and scripting) needed to run the side panel and communicate with Contrario securely.
