About

ProMarshal turns your Google Meet calls into structured, actionable project knowledge automatically.

  Once installed and connected to your ProMarshal account, the extension:
  • Detects when you join a Google Meet call
  • Asks if the meeting is project-related and lets you pick a project
  • Captures audio from your microphone and the meeting tab in real time
  • Streams audio to our backend for live speech-to-text transcription via Deepgram
  • Tracks who spoke and when, using Google Meet's built-in captions
  • Uploads the final transcript to your ProMarshal dashboard when the meeting ends

After the meeting, you'll find the full transcript, speaker timeline, and AI-extracted action items and blockers right inside your project, no manual note-taking needed.

Recording requires explicit user action: you must select a project when prompted at the start of the call. Nothing is captured unless you opt in.
