About

Kobo eBook to PDF Saver lets you capture pages from the Kobo web reader and export them as a single, high-quality PDF document — perfect for offline reading, archiving, or personal backups of your eBook library.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open any book in the Kobo web reader or book preview page.
2. Click the extension icon and press Scan.
3. The extension automatically captures each page and advances to the next one.
4. When scanning is complete, click Create PDF to download your file.

That's it — no complicated setup, no external software required.

KEY FEATURES
- Automatic Page Turning
The extension detects and clicks the "next page" button for you, capturing each page as a screenshot. It supports multiple navigation methods for maximum compatibility.
- Smart Preview Detection
If you're on a book's store page with an embedded preview, the extension automatically opens the reader and starts scanning — no need to navigate manually.
- Landscape & Portrait Orientation
Choose between landscape (ideal for double-page spreads) and portrait mode. Landscape is set as the default since most eBooks display two pages side by side.
- Optimized File Size
Screenshots are converted to high-quality JPEG before being embedded in the PDF, dramatically reducing file size (up to 10x smaller) without visible quality loss. Three quality presets are available: High, Medium, and Low.
- Adjustable Page Delay
Control the delay between page captures (100ms to 10,000ms) to accommodate different connection speeds and rendering times.
- Live Preview
Watch captured pages appear in real time inside the extension popup as the scan progresses.
- Stop & Resume
Stop the scan at any time. Previously captured pages are preserved — you can create a PDF from whatever has been captured so far.

FREE vs PRO
The free version includes all features but adds a diagonal "WATERMARK DEMO" overlay on each PDF page. Enter a PRO unlock code to remove the watermark and generate clean PDFs.

Tips for Best Results

Use a stable internet connection to ensure pages load fully before capture.

Close other popups or overlays on the Kobo reader before scanning.
