About

SubItUp Sync lets you automatically sync your SubItUp work shifts directly to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar with a single click - no copy-pasting, no manual entry.

How it works:
When you visit your SubItUp schedule, the extension detects your shifts automatically. From the floating panel, you can select which shifts to sync and push them straight to your calendar. Events are created with the correct title, date, start time, and end time. If a shift changes, the extension updates the existing event rather than creating a duplicate.

Features:
- One-click sync to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar
- Automatically detects shifts from your SubItUp schedule page
- Smart deduplication - updates existing events instead of adding duplicates
- Choose which calendar to sync to
- Export shifts as an .ics file to use with any calendar app
- Works entirely in your browser — your data never leaves your device
- No account or subscription required

Privacy:
This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. Shift data is read locally from the SubItUp page you're already viewing. Calendar access is used solely to create and update your own events. Your Google or Apple credentials are handled through their respective official authentication flows and are never visible to this extension.

Permissions explained:
- Identity - to authenticate with Google for calendar access
- Storage - to remember your sync history and settings locally
- subitup.com access - to read your shift schedule from the page
- googleapis.com access - to create and update Google Calendar events
- icloud.com access - to sync with Apple Calendar via CalDAV

Requirements:
- A SubItUp account with an active schedule
- A Google or Apple account for calendar sync
