Live Dot for YouTube shows the live viewer count and elapsed live time directly on the YouTube live player. It adds a small, lightweight overlay to YouTube live streams so you can quickly check how many viewers are watching and how long the stream has been live, without relying on the default page layout. How to use: Open a YouTube live stream, and the viewer count and elapsed live time will appear on the video player. You can adjust the appearance, including position, size, opacity, background strength, margins, and font, from the Live Dot for YouTube icon in the Chrome toolbar. Features: Shows the live viewer count on the video player Shows the elapsed live time when available Works only on YouTube live streams Does not display on normal videos Adjustable position: top-left, top-right, bottom-left, or bottom-right Adjustable size, opacity, background strength, and margins Font options including system, gothic, mincho, monospace, and custom installed fonts Lightweight design that stays out of the way while watching Live Dot for YouTube is designed to be simple: install it, open a YouTube live stream, and the live information appears on the player. Privacy: This extension reads YouTube live page information only to display the viewer count and elapsed live time on the page. It does not collect, store, or send live chat messages, viewing history, personal information, or browsing data to any external server. This extension is an independent tool and is not provided, endorsed, or supported by YouTube or Google. Note: In rare cases, setting changes may not be reflected immediately. If this happens, please reload the YouTube live page. Recent update (v1.0.2) Improved display stability when moving from a scheduled live waiting page to an active live stream. Also adjusted viewer count and elapsed time handling during live streams. (v1.0.1) Improved display handling for YouTube Premiere pages. Premiere videos now show only the viewer count, without elapsed time. Also fixed an issue where elapsed live time could temporarily disappear on regular live streams.
