Moonbow Sync helps ABA clinic staff paste session notes from Moonbow Session Capture into web-based EHR systems such as CentralReach, Motivity, and Hi Rasmus. HOW IT WORKS 1. Complete a session in the Moonbow mobile app — LUMI generates a paste-ready note. 2. Open your clinic EHR note page in Chrome. 3. Open Moonbow Sync, select the session, and click Paste into EHR. 4. Review the text and save in your EHR as usual. Moonbow is NOT your system of record. Moonbow Sync does not auto-save to your EHR. FEATURES • Paste narrative + structured capture summary into the active note field • Clinician sign-in via moonbow.app Sync Hub (MFA supported) • Mobile handoff code for technicians on shared clinic computers (no password on shared PC) • Auto sign-out after 10 minutes of inactivity on shared workstations PRIVACY Session note text is held in extension memory only during paste — not stored in Chrome local/sync storage. See our privacy policy for details. Requires an active Moonbow Session Capture account and clinic authorization.
