About

qURL File Upload for Gmail helps users upload PDF or image files to a qURL server while composing email in Gmail, then insert the returned access links directly into the current draft.

Instead of sending files as native Gmail attachments, the extension uploads user-selected files to qURL and writes the returned file access URL into the draft body. This is useful for workflows where files should be stored on a qURL server and shared by link inside email content.

Key features:
1. Select local PDF or image files and upload them to qURL
2. Automatically insert the returned file access link into the active Gmail draft
3. Configure a custom qURL server address from the extension popup
4. Use the "Copy inserted content" fallback when automatic insertion fails
5. View upload results in the popup before sending the email

How it works:
1. Open Gmail and create or edit a draft
2. Open the extension popup
3. Optionally configure the qURL server address
4. Select a PDF or image file from your computer
5. Upload the file
6. The returned QURL link is inserted into the draft body

Important notes:
1. A Gmail compose window must already be open
2. A reachable qURL server is required
3. Uploaded files are stored on the qURL server, not in Gmail attachments
4. If automatic insertion fails, users can copy the generated content and paste it into the draft manually
