About
Batch Split Snap helps warehouse, kitting, small manufacturing, ecommerce, and operations teams turn a total quantity into a quick batch-by-batch plan. Enter total units, preferred batch size, maximum batch size, minimum final batch size, batch multiple, setup minutes, and a label prefix. The popup can create either a full-first split or a balanced split, then shows batch count, largest and smallest batches, final batch, estimated setup time, a readable planning note, and a copyable CSV-style batch list. Use it for quick checks before creating pick waves, kit builds, production lots, packing notes, spreadsheet rows, or vendor work instructions. Batch Split Snap runs entirely in the popup. It does not read pages, connect to warehouse systems, use remote code, or collect data. It is a planning math helper, not manufacturing, fulfillment, staffing, financial, tax, accounting, safety, or compliance advice.
