ChatPanel puts an AI chat in your browser's side panel — talk to the coding agents already running on your own machine, with the context of whatever tab you're on.

Local agents, via a tiny open-source local bridge:

• Gemini CLI
…using your own logins and your own compute. Nothing is routed through our servers.

Bring your own model too: point ChatPanel at a local Ollama or LM Studio, or any OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible endpoint with your own API key.

What you can do:
• Chat from any tab without leaving the page
• Pull in the current page, your selected text, several open tabs, or a pasted URL as context
• Keep a searchable, local history of every conversation
• Define your own agents and reusable skills / prompts
• Summarize pages, analyze a URL, explain the code in a repo, and more

Privacy-first:
• Your settings, chat history, and API keys stay in your browser
• Page content is read only when you explicitly attach it, and is sent only to the agent or model you chose
• No remote code — everything ships inside the extension
