Review Analytics Shadow Decoder is a local-first side panel for indie developers, growth marketers, and ASO researchers who need to understand what users are saying in competitor reviews.

Open a supported review page on Google Play or Product Hunt, launch the side panel, and click Deconstruct Reviews. The extension reads the currently rendered review text in the active tab and turns it into:

- A high-signal ASO keyword matrix
- A top keyword cloud with frequency counts
- Pain-point alerts for complaints such as crashes, slow performance, pricing friction, login issues, sync problems, support complaints, and ad fatigue
- Phrase-level signals such as "too expensive", "keeps crashing", "not worth", "hard to use", and "too many ads"
- A CSV export with source URL, capture timestamp, matched review count, and review evidence snippets

All analysis runs locally in your browser. No external API, no account, no server upload, and no remote AI processing are used.
