Interview Copilot is a real-time AI-powered assistant that helps you ace job interviews on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and any browser-based meeting platform.

 HOW IT WORKS
1. Open your video call in Chrome
2. Click the extension icon and press "Launch on This Tab"
3. A floating panel appears — drag it anywhere on screen
4. Press Start and speak naturally
5. Interview Copilot listens, detects questions, and generates suggested answers instantly

 KEY FEATURES

• Floating Draggable Panel — A sleek overlay that sits on top of your meeting tab. Drag it anywhere, minimize it, or close it when you're done. Won't interfere with your call.

• Real-Time Speech Recognition — Uses your browser's built-in speech recognition to transcribe what's being said, with a live transcript you can scroll through.

• Smart Question Detection — Automatically detects interview questions from the conversation using natural language analysis. Recognizes question words, interrogative phrases, and common interview patterns.

• AI-Powered Answer Suggestions — Generates concise, professional answers using Google Gemini AI. Choose from three response formats:
  - 15-Second: A quick 2-3 sentence verbal answer
  - STAR Method: Structured Situation/Task/Action/Result format
  - Bullet Points: 4-6 key talking points

• Question Categorization — Automatically tags detected questions (Behavioral, Technical, Teamwork, Strengths, Motivation, Background, Growth) so you know what type of answer to give.

• Confidence Score — Shows how confident the detection is that a phrase is actually a question.

• One-Click Copy — Copy any generated answer to your clipboard instantly.

• Style Isolated — Uses Shadow DOM so the overlay never breaks or interferes with the website you're on.

 PRIVACY
• Speech recognition runs locally in your browser — audio is NOT sent to external servers for transcription

 GETTING STARTED
1. Install the extension
2. Navigate to your meeting tab (e.g., meet.google.com)
3. Click the Interview Copilot icon in the toolbar
4. Press "Launch on This Tab"
5. Click "Start" on the floating panel
6. Allow microphone access when prompted
7. Start your interview — answers appear automatically!

TIPS
• Launch the extension BEFORE your interview starts
• Position the floating panel where it won't block your camera feed
• Use the minimize button to hide the panel quickly
• Switch between 15-second, STAR, and Bullet formats depending on the question type
• Works best in a quiet environment with clear speech
