  HOW IT WORKS
  The extension automatically activates on any file:// directory page and
  overlays the File Explorer UI over Chrome's native listing. All
  processing is local — no file contents or metadata are ever sent to any
  server.

  IMPORTANT AFTER INSTALL
  Open the extension Details and enable "Allow access to file URLs" —
  this is required for the extension to read local directories.
