About
TickTock is a Chrome extension that limits how many short-form videos you watch on YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitch. Choose between a limit of 5 or 10 reels per 30 minutes. Once you hit your limit, TickTock covers the page with an inspirational quote and redirects you away — breaking the scroll loop before it takes over your day. The popup shows exactly how many reels you've watched and how much time is left before your count resets, so you always know where you stand. No accounts, no data collection, no subscriptions. Everything stays on your device.
