About
Applying for jobs means typing the same name, address, work history, and salary expectations into hundreds of different forms. AutoApply ends that. How it works: Fill out your profile once — name, contact info, work history, education, links, salary expectations, and EEO fields. Then on any job application, click the AutoApply icon and hit Fill This Page. Your information is automatically detected and entered into the right fields. Works on all major job platforms: AutoApply is built to handle the inconsistencies between job sites. It recognizes fields by their label text, field names, IDs, and HTML attributes — so it works across most custom application forms. Your data never leaves your browser: Everything you enter is stored locally using Chrome's encrypted storage API. There are no servers, no accounts, no tracking, and no third parties. AutoApply cannot make network requests — it is blocked at the browser level from sending your data anywhere. What gets filled automatically: - Full name, email, phone, pronouns, date of birth - Home address — street, city, state, ZIP, country - Work history — employer, job title, dates, description - Education — school, degree, field of study, GPA, graduation year - Skills, languages, and portfolio links - LinkedIn, GitHub, and personal website URLs - Salary expectations and work authorization status - EEO fields — gender, race, veteran and disability status - Cover letter and "tell us about yourself" fields Custom fields: For anything the extension doesn't cover by default, you can add your own key-value pairs and AutoApply will match them against form labels on the page. Privacy first: AutoApply requests only the minimum permissions needed to function — storage, active tab access, and scripting. It reads nothing about your browsing history and collects no analytics.
