    description
Exeract Plug connects Apollo browsing with your Exeract workflow so your team can move from company discovery to verification faster, without copying website data by hand.

When you open a signed-in Apollo page, Exeract Plug helps you work with the company website links that are already visible on the page. You can save your search keywords inside the extension, verify a single company website from a row level action, or verify all detected company websites currently visible on the page. Those selected records are then sent directly into your Exeract workflow.

Exeract Plug is designed for a narrow, focused workflow:
    1. Sign in to Exeract from the extension popup.
    2. Save up to 5 keywords that define your current workflow.
    3. Open a signed-in Apollo companies page.
    4. Let the extension detect visible company website links on that page.
    5. Verify one website or submit all detected websites on the current page.
    6. Continue the workflow in Exeract.

    Key features

Sign in to Exeract from the extension popup
Exeract Plug lets you sign in directly from the browser extension popup. Once signed in, the extension can keep your session available so you can continue using Exeract actions while browsing supported Apollo pages.

    Save and reuse workflow keywords
You can save up to 5 keywords in the extension. These keywords are used when you submit websites into Exeract. This makes it easier to keep the same workflow setup while reviewing multiple Apollo pages.

    Apollo aware page detection
The extension checks whether the active tab is a supported Apollo page and whether Apollo is in a ready, signed-in state. This keeps the workflow focused and prevents the extension from showing actions on unrelated websites.

Visible website detection on Apollo pages
On supported Apollo pages, Exeract Plug detects visible company website URLs that appear in the page content. The extension is built around the visible page workflow so you can work directly with the records already in front of you.

    Page level verify action
When multiple company websites are visible on the current Apollo page, the extension shows a floating action that displays the number of websites found. You can use this action to submit the currently detected websites into Exeract in one step.

    Single-record verify action
If you want to work with only one company at a time, Exeract Plug provides an inline verify action beside detected website links. This allows you to send only the selected company website into Exeract.

    Fast browser based workflow
The extension is meant to reduce repetitive copying, switching tabs, and rebuilding the same workflow setup again and again. It keeps the process inside your browser while still sending selected data into Exeract when you decide to verify it.

    What Exeract Plug is for

Exeract Plug is useful for users who review company pages in Apollo and want a faster way to move selected company websites into Exeract. Instead of manually collecting websites one by one, the extension helps identify visible company website records on the page and lets you trigger Exeract actions directly from the browsing context.

This extension is intentionally focused on a single purpose:
verifying selected company website records from Apollo pages and sending those selected records into the user’s Exeract workflow.

    How the extension works

After signing in, you save your keywords in the popup. Then, when you open a supported Apollo page, the extension checks the page context and looks for visible company website links. If websites are found, the extension presents the available Exeract actions on the page.

You stay in control of what happens next. Exeract Plug does not require you to send everything automatically. You decide whether to verify a single website or verify the visible set of websites on the page.

    The popup is used for:
    - signing in to Exeract
    - saving and editing keywords
    - reviewing the signed-in state
    - checking the latest action result

The page overlay is used for:
    - showing the number of detected websites on the current Apollo page
    - giving you an Exeract action for the visible page
    - giving you an inline verify action for individual detected website rows

    Why teams use Exeract Plug

    Less manual copying
Users do not need to repeatedly copy visible website links from Apollo into another workflow by hand.

    Less tab switching
The extension keeps the workflow close to the page where the data is being reviewed.

    More consistent execution
Saved keywords help keep the same workflow criteria available while moving through multiple pages.

    Better control
You choose whether to verify one website or the currently visible page set.

    Focused experience
The extension is not a broad browsing tool. It is designed specifically to connect supported Apollo page activity with Exeract verification actions.

    Typical workflow example

A user signs in to Exeract inside the extension popup and saves keywords that match the current research or verification objective. Then the user opens a signed in Apollo companies page with visible company website links. Exeract Plug detects the visible websites and displays the number of websites found. If the user wants to process the whole visible page set, they click the page-level Exeract action. If they only want one company, they click the inline verify action beside that row’s website link. The selected data is then sent to Exeract for the next step of the workflow.

What the extension does not try to do

Exeract Plug is not meant to be a general purpose browsing assistant. It does not try to activate everywhere on the web. It does not present unrelated actions on unsupported pages. It does not replace Apollo or Exeract. Instead, it acts as the connection point between supported Apollo page activity and Exeract workflow submission.

Permissions and why they are needed

    Storage
Used to save the signed in extension state, saved keywords, and latest action state.

    Tabs
Used to understand the active tab context so the popup can determine whether the user is currently on a supported Apollo page.

    Apollo host permissions
Used so the extension can run on supported Apollo pages, detect visible company website links, and show the verify actions in the browsing interface.

    Exeract app and API permissions
Used to open Exeract pages such as signup or privacy policy and to authenticate the user and send selected verification requests to Exeract services.

    Privacy and control

Exeract Plug is built around explicit user action. The extension is used to support a user requested workflow. The user signs in, chooses keywords, opens supported Apollo pages, and decides when to trigger the verify actions. The extension focuses on the selected workflow rather than unrelated browsing.

    Who this extension is for

Exeract Plug is for Exeract users who work with Apollo company pages and want a faster way to move selected company website records into Exeract.

    If your workflow involves:
    - reviewing company pages in Apollo
    - working with company website links shown on those pages
    - sending selected company website records into Exeract
    - reusing a small set of workflow keywords across multiple reviews

then Exeract Plug is built for that workflow.

    Summary

Exeract Plug helps signed in Exeract users work more efficiently on supported Apollo pages by detecting visible company website links, letting users save keywords for their workflow, and allowing one-click verification of either a single company website or the visible website set on the current page.

Sign in to Exeract, save your keywords, open Apollo, and verify selected company website records directly from the page.
