You know the drill: you send a prompt, you switch tabs to test something or sketch an idea, and then you have to come back and re-read the whole thing just to know if it worked. That little context switch happens dozens of times a session and it adds up. Yappable just talks to you instead.

─── HOW IT WORKS ───
The extension listens for Lovable's own "done" signal as the trigger — so it knows the second a response is finished. Once it fires, the text gets cleaned up and read back to you through your browser's voice or, if you want something nicer, ElevenLabs.

It's not just text-to-speech though. Yappable actually restructures what it reads: status first, then what got done, then why it matters, then what you should double check before shipping. That last part matters more than it sounds — it flags things like unvalidated performance claims, touched copy, build or schema changes, and SEO edits, so you know where to look before you just trust the green checkmark.

• Fast — just the pending decision, or "you're clear to continue" if nothing needs you
• Beginner (default) — plain-language summary, no jargon
• Advanced — technical summary: verdict, risks, pending decision, keeps the real terms
• Full — the whole response, verbatim

✔ Silence monitoring — speaks up if Lovable stalls mid-task instead of leaving you hanging
✔ Error alert — a different chime when Lovable throws a "Try to fix" that needs your click
✔ Verbose mode — narrates live progress while the agent is still working
✔ Multi-tab aware — says the project name if you've got more than one Lovable tab open
✔ On-device AI summarization using Chrome's built-in Gemini Nano when available — nothing leaves your machine for that step

─── PRIVACY ───
Everything runs locally by default. Native speech and on-device summaries never send your Lovable data anywhere. If you choose to add an ElevenLabs key, only the final narration text gets sent to ElevenLabs to generate audio — your key stays in chrome.storage.local, never synced anywhere. The extension only activates on lovable.dev and asks for nothing it doesn't need.
