Chess Coach is a talking chess tutor that lives on chess.com. As you play through a position, it reads your board in real time, draws arrows, and explains the why — like a coach sitting beside you.

What it does:
• Points out tactics — when a side can win material, it draws an arrow and tells you which piece can be taken.
• Calls check, checkmate, stalemate and draws, and tracks who's ahead on material.
• Narrates each move and marks the last move played.
• Optional voice — it can speak its coaching aloud using your browser's built-in voice.

Where it works: the analysis board, game review, puzzles, and games against the computer. It is a learning tool — it stays completely off during live games against other people. Fair play comes first.
