Airbnb Host Income Extractor helps hosts export reservation income from Airbnb’s Hosting Calendar and Multicalendar so you can share clean data with your accountant—without manual copy-paste from every stay.
What it does
Walks your visible reservations, opens each stay, and reads earnings (and related details) from the reservation panel.
Filters by period (from / to month) so you only export what you need.
Exports CSV (with UTF-8 BOM for Excel) or plain text you can copy to email or documents.
Saved & organized
Keeps extractions per listing (property), with a history you can reopen, download again, or copy as text.
“Sent” marks when you’ve already sent a run to your accountant, so you don’t double-send.
Reminder: if past months still have unsent extractions, the extension icon can show a badge so nothing slips.
Extras
Skips stays you’ve already exported for that listing (no duplicate rows in one flow).

How to use
Open your Airbnb calendar or multicalendar for the listing you want.
Set the period, run Extract, then download CSV or copy text.
Use Saved to find past runs and mark them Sent when you’ve forwarded them.
Note: This extension only reads data from pages you open while you’re logged into Airbnb as a host. It does not access your Airbnb account outside the calendar experience you use in the browser.
