  DealLens is a Chrome extension for real estate investors. It overlays live deal metrics directly on Zillow listing pages — no copy-pasting into spreadsheets, no switching tabs.
  
  What it shows on every listing:
  
  Gross yield and cap rate
  Cash-on-cash return
  DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) — color-coded green/red so you see at a glance whether the bank will say yes
  Monthly mortgage at today's 30yr or 15yr fixed rate (pulled live from the Federal Reserve)
  Rent estimate sourced from Zillow's own Rent Zestimate or HUD Fair Market Rent
  Stress test the rent. Edit the rent assumption and watch every metric recalculate in real time. The DSCR warning is the feature — it flags deals that look great on paper but won't cash flow after debt service.
  
  Privacy first. No account required. No data ever leaves your browser. All calculations happen locally. Nothing is stored on any server.
