HOW IT WORKS

1. Search for jobs on jobs.nvoids.com as you normally would
2. Click the NExtract icon in your toolbar
3. The extension auto-detects every posting date on the page and shows them with job counts
4. Pick which dates you want — today only, yesterday, specific dates, or all of them
5. Hit Extract — NExtract visits each job listing, finds the recruiter email, reads the full job description, and classifies the job into a role category
6. Browse your results grouped by role, copy emails individually or by group, or download everything as a CSV file

KEY FEATURES

Date Filtering — Scans the search results and detects every unique posting date. Select the dates you care about and only those jobs get processed. No more scrolling through old posts.

Smart Role Classification — Analyzes the full job description to understand what the role actually is, then groups results into meaningful categories. A vague title like "Developer" gets properly classified based on what the description actually says.

Tech Stack Tags — Shows the key technologies mentioned in each job's description as small tags under the email, so you can instantly understand what the job involves without opening the listing.

Background Extraction — Start an extraction, then close the popup. It continues running. The extension badge shows a live count. Reopen the popup anytime and your results are right there.

Smart Deduplication — NVoids often has the same job posted multiple times. NExtract deduplicates by job ID and title before fetching, and removes duplicate emails after extraction.

One-Click Copy — Copy a single email, all emails in a role group, or every email at once.

CSV Export — Download results as a spreadsheet-ready file with role, email, technologies, job title, location, date, and URL columns.

Live Dashboard — A real-time stats bar shows jobs on page, unique jobs, duplicates skipped, emails found, and jobs with no email.

Stop and Resume — Hit Stop at any time. Everything extracted so far is saved and ready to copy or export.

DYNAMIC ROLE GROUPING

NExtract automatically detects which job categories are present in your search results and creates groups accordingly. Only roles that actually have jobs appear — no empty categories. Roles are sorted by count, largest first. This adapts to whatever you search for.

PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS

NExtract requests only the minimum permissions needed:

activeTab — Access the current tab only when you click the extension icon
scripting — Inject the extraction script into the NVoids page
storage — Save results locally so they persist when you close the popup
Host access — Limited to jobs.nvoids.com only

All processing happens locally in your browser. No data is collected, transmitted, or stored externally. No analytics, no tracking, no accounts required.
